Refund

We have a NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy for change of mind

The Rams Leather may provide refund under following case:

– Product is out of stock and customer wants to cancel order. 
    In this case, full refund will be provided to customer.

– There is manufacture defect in product.
   Customer needs to contact The Rams Leather using the inquiry form located in contact page within 7 days after they receive their parcel. The Rams Leather will not be responsible to issue refund after this period. If customer needs to send product back for refund, it should be returned in a condition nearly like the one they received.
 In this case, full refund if they send product back, partial refund if the product is in condition to use and customer agrees to keep them. Partial amount will be determined upon mutual agreement. 

– Customer received different item other than they ordered.
In this case, customer will receive full refund or option to receive their original order once they send us back the incorrect parcel.

Beside this all customers are protected by Australian Consumer Law.

The Rams Leather will not be responsible to issue a refund for lost or stolen parcels in transit, for this each parcel send from warehouse is insured therefore it can be claimed directly via freight company which in this case is Australia Post.
